Built to fit your pipeline

Norwon is designed to be a well-behaved part of your stack. A won deal becomes a booked visit with one call; lifecycle events drive your automations; and completed results flow back to your system of record. It works with Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and more — the intake API is CRM-agnostic, so if it has an API, our team can build the connection.

Secure, key-based access

Every request is authenticated with a per-organization API key sent in an X-API-Key header. Keys are scoped to a single organization, so data stays isolated.

The core of the API

POST/api/v1/assessments

Create a visit from a deal. Idempotent on your deal ID — re-sending the same deal returns the same visit. Responds with the assessment ID, a display ID, status and a booking URL you can drop into your own welcome email.

Is the API rate-limited?

Reasonable per-organization rate limits protect the platform, with headroom for normal intake and sync volumes. If you expect high throughput, tell us and we'll size it with you.

Do you provide a test environment?

Yes — we can provide test keys so you can build and verify intake, webhooks and sync-back end to end before anything touches your live operation.

How are webhook events secured?

Each event is signed, so your endpoint can verify it genuinely came from Norwon before acting on it.
