Implementation Specialist
Stand up new clients from zero to live. You'll design their workflow, build their forms and branding, connect their CRM, and run a live test visit before go-live. You're equal parts consultant, builder and project manager — and the first person a new client trusts.
What you'll do
- Configure coverage, forms, branding and messaging
- Connect client CRMs and tools
- Run onboarding and a live test visit before go-live
- Hand off cleanly to customer success
- Document repeatable playbooks as we scale
What we're looking for
- Technical aptitude and client-facing polish
- Experience with CRMs or operations tooling
- Organized, proactive and calm with details
- Bilingual is an asset
